Kimberlie Burke is the Director of Human Resources at Power to Decide.

Kimberlie most recently worked as the Human Resources Manager for Recruitment at Boulder County where she created and implemented a process to streamline recruitment and mitigate risk county-wide. Previous to her position at the County, Kimberlie worked at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation for nine years where she held various roles, including managing the HR functions for a virtual team of 110 employees across 42 states. At the Alliance, Kimberlie had the opportunity to implement various processes and policies and work on a number of fulfilling work groups and project teams.

Kimberlie attended the University of Washington where she received a BA in ethnic, gender, and labor studies and recently relocated to Portland, OR where she lives with her husband and son.
