Lauren Kernan is the Director, Content and UX Strategy for the Programs team. Lauren spearheads the Bedsider program, and she helps support other campaigns and initiatives.

Lauren came to Power to Decide from March of Dimes, where she created digital health content for a consumer audience using the principles of health literacy and health behavior change. Prior to March of Dimes, Lauren was the Director of Communications at Lawyers For Children, a nonprofit that provides legal and social work services to children in foster care.

She holds an MA in Health Education from Columbia University and a BA in Human Rights from Duke University.
