Amy Ragsdale is Power to Decide's Senior Director of Business Development. In this role she leads initiatives and partnerships that help fund our reach and impact through new revenue streams.

Amy was previously a Director at Spring Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to designing strategies for large-scale change and building the funding to match. Amy has partnered with over a hundred nonprofits to create and scale initiatives for sustainable, systems-level impact. Her experience includes helping Planned Parenthood Federation of America develop digital products that improve access to abortion and patient navigation.

Amy holds a BA in Neuroscience from Pomona College and was a research scholar at the Max Plank Institute of Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig, Germany. Born in Oakland, she's proud to call the Bay Area home.
