Jessica J. Mencia is Power to Decide's Digital Programs Fellow. In this role she will maintain relationships and communication with clinics to support Bedsider and Abortion Finder.

Jessica previously served as a Research Assistant on the For the Record Research Project, an international research project that examined the risk-taking behaviors of young people in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Her international experience also expands to her previous policy and youth advocacy experience as an intern with UK Youth in London, England. Jessica also serves as an Associate Board Member for the New York Birth Control Access Project and a Board Member for Girls Rock NC. With a strong background in abortion access and data maintenance, she brings a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to our team. Jessica is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at the University at Buffalo, holds a Masters in Social Work, and obtained her BA in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
