Joely Pritzker is Power to Decide's Senior Director of Health Care. In this role she focuses on developing educational content and building strategic partnerships with health care systems and organizational partners across the country. Her goal is to help health care and social service providers integrate the tenets of reproductive well-being into all aspects of care.
Joely is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health (SRH). Her journey in health care began as a HealthCorps member at an adolescent and young adult clinic and she has since provided comprehensive SRH care at Planned Parenthood and in community health centers. In addition to her clinical work, Joely has designed and led trainings on client-centered counseling, exploring reproductive desires, contraception, and patient self-advocacy. She is also a contributing author to the 22nd edition of Contraceptive Technology.
Joely earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of the Arts in Sociology and Spanish Literature from Wesleyan University.
