Omolara is a Senior Project Manager at Power to Decide, bringing over a decade of experience in project management, health care operations, and digital transformation. She has led cross-functional teams in implementing technology-driven solutions to streamline workflows, enhance patient care, and optimize operational performance.

Prior to joining Power to Decide, Omolara served as a Project Manager at Concha Labs, where she spearheaded predictive analytics initiatives, improving operational efficiency. Omolara has held impactful roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, WHFPT (now Every Body Texas), and Staten Island Partnership for Community Wellness, where she managed state and federal grants, directed large-scale EHR integrations, and implemented data governance strategies to improve health care accessibility and compliance.

Omolara is passionate about leveraging technology and automation to drive social impact. She holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Healthcare Operations from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) and a Bachelor's in Public Policy from the University at Albany (SUNY).
