Alana is the Director of Technology and Operations at Power to Decide.

Alana has over 15 years of technology and training experience, stemming from non-profit, education, and local government sectors. Throughout her career, she has created multiple databases for city and county police agencies, participated in a special project with IBM, created and conducted training for school communities, and worked to help people of all ages overcome technological challenges. Alana also has management experience overseeing a Best Buy Teen Tech Center from its pre-construction phase through its daily operation, where some of her duties included staffing, budget allocation, and audit preparation.

Alana describes herself as a lifetime learner and received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
