Ci’erra Larsen is the Research Manager at Power to Decide where she coordinates multiple aspects of Power to Decide’s scientific portfolio, including design and implementation of research studies and engagement with external researchers.
Prior to Power to Decide, Ci'erra coordinated various workforce development, advocacy, and research projects to train, mobilize, and connect community-based doulas in service of birth equity to build power and restore dignity for Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities. She remains engaged in community-led reproductive justice research alongside Access Reproductive Care-Southeast and the Center for Reproductive Health Research in the US Southeast at Emory University to improve young Southerners' experiences navigating abortion restrictions.
Ci'erra Larsen earned her MPH from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Development with a certificate in Community Engagement from Stetson University.
A Carolina native, Ci’erra now lives in Florida, where she enjoys chasing sunsets and propagating plants!
