Kimberlie Burke is the Senior Director, People & Culture at Power to Decide.

Kimberlie most recently worked as the Human Resources Manager for Recruitment at Boulder County where she created and implemented a process to streamline recruitment and mitigate risk county-wide. Previous to her position at the County, Kimberlie worked at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation for nine years where she held various roles, including managing the HR functions for a virtual team of 110 employees across 42 states. At the Alliance, Kimberlie had the opportunity to implement various processes and policies and work on a number of fulfilling work groups and project teams.

Kimberlie attended the University of Washington where she received a BA in ethnic, gender, and labor studies and recently relocated to Portland, OR where she lives with her husband and daughter.
