Zalika Coleman is the Human Resources Manager for Power to Decide. Throughout her career, Zalika has worked at various organizations where she supported staff and leadership in the areas of employee engagement, staff retreat planning, new hire onboarding, payroll, and benefit administration. Zalika has a Bachelor of Science in African and Puerto Rican Studies/Psychology and a Masters of Education. She brings with her a commitment to building a more equitable society and an enthusiasm for cultivating a meaningful culture, especially among remote work environments.
