(Washington, D.C.) — Power to Decide is pleased to announce Dr. Vincent Guilamo-Ramos, PhD, MPH, LCSW, RN, ANP-BC, PMHNP-BC, FAAN, will serve as the new chair of Power to Decide Board of Directors.
