Kelsie Williams is the Manager, Programs at Power to Decide, where she supports the coordination, expansion, and evaluation efforts of programmatic and research activities within the Programs team. 
  
Kelsie is passionate about reducing sexual and reproductive health inequities in vulnerable, underserved areas and nationwide. Previously serving as the All Access EKY Project Director at Kentucky Health Justice Network, she worked in partnership with Power to Decide and Appalshop to build support for policies, programs, and services to ensure access to the full range of birth control methods. As a native of Appalachian Kentucky, Kelsie is committed to improving rural health outcomes through person-centered programming and increasing opportunities for individuals to make empowered decisions about their reproductive well-being and their future. 
  
Kelsie earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from The George Washington University, where her research evaluated sexual and reproductive health disparities among pregnant incarcerated individuals.
