Parnia Razinobakht is the Social Media & Communications Manager for Power to Decide. In her role, Parnia supports the social media channels and our media relations work. Prior to Power to Decide, Parnia spent over a year at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast as a Communications Manager. Before that, she started her career working with Deeds Not Words, an organization supporting young people making change in Texas, which heightened her passion for progressive organizing. 
 
Parnia graduated from the University of Houston with a Master’s in Communications. During undergrad, she studied political science, gender studies, and was involved in grassroots organizing, helping to mobilize young voters. In her free time, Parnia loves to go to the park with her dog, practice yoga, and enjoy the diverse cuisines Houston has to offer.
